PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE - 2024 PRIMARY ELECTION
OKEECHOBEE COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD EVENTS
Access to Ballot Material –
Those qualified to receive access to ballot materials pursuant to 101.572(2), Florida Statutes, may request an appointment during designated Public Inspection by email at Melissa@voteokeechobee.gov or by telephone at 863-763-4014. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of requested access and must include specific materials to which the requestor would like access.

In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, all Canvassing Board meetings are open to the public.
Note: Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, state that if a person decides to appeal any decision by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
